Following up on the Nurse Line transition to Pager Health. To plan the cutover and avoid any service gap, can you confirm the current AKOS contract end date?
Also want to set up a quick 30-min intro this week to get up to speed on where things stand technically.

To: [email protected] · Subject: Availity Essentials — Contract StatusHi Ian,
I'm Umer Zafar, the new Program Manager working with Matt Ladich on the Digital portfolio. I've been brought in to drive the Availity Essentials Medicaid onboarding.
Can you give me a quick status on where the contract stands? Specifically: what's blocking signature, and what's the earliest realistic close date?
Happy to jump on a quick call this week.
Thanks,
Umer Zafar
